The `cleanup` command removes common generated Nuxt files and caches, including:
- `.nuxt`
- `.output`
- `node_modules/.vite`
- `node_modules/.cache`

Option        | Default          | Description
-------------------------|-----------------|------------------
`rootDir` | `.` | The root directory of the project.
