fix(generator): avoid duplicate slashes for routes ending with hash (#7776)

* fix: remove duplicate slashes from crawled routes

* fixture: use trailing slash for hash

* refactor: do trailing slash sanetization after hash removal

* test: enable trailing slash for full-static fixture
