fix: inject scrollBehavior in a more tolerant way ( #3560 )

Currently we cannot define `scrollBehavior` like:
```js
scrollBehavior () { // ← we can have space before the parenthesis
// ...
}
```
Fixed this by using a `RegExp` to be more tolerant.
