Remove is_type_member & VarDefDefinitionData::declaring_type
Rename ClangStorageClass to StorageClass Add semantic_parent & semantic_parent_kind (but not serialized yet) Move query.h SymbolKind to indexer.h SymbolKind and make it uint8_t
