d30d63313c Examples: disable MSVC warning C5287 in nuklear.h
Latest MSVC has a warning `operands are different enum types` which this disables until upstream nuklear fixes this

b6917600b7 Clarify that only shareable objects are shared
The docs say that glfw asks that "all objects" be shared. This is misleading. Qualify this by making explicit that there are shareable (and thus non-shareable) objects.
